Όλα εδώ ξεκίνησαν το 1987. Ο Ηλίας και η Ειρήνη(μπαμπάς & μαμά), διάλεξαν το Αλυκό για μόνιμη κατοικία εξαιτίας της φυσικής του ομορφιάς, της απάτητης γης και τα κρυστάλλινα νερά του Αλυκού.

Έπειτα από χρόνια διαμονής στο Αλυκό, αποφάσισαν να δημιουργήσουν κάτι καλό για όλους!

Έτσι λοιπόν,το 1987 ξεκινήσαμε να λειτουργούμε τα παραδοσιακά δωμάτια και διαμερίσματα, διακοσμημένα με το Κυκλαδίτικο αρχιτεκτονικό στυλ, για τη διαμονή των φιλοξενουμένων μας.
Χρόνο με το χρόνο συνειδητοποιήσαμε οτι, λόγω της απόστασης από την πόλη, θα έπρεπε να προσφέρουμε κατι ακόμα στους φιλοξενούμενους και τους επισκέπτες του Αλυκού.

Έτσι, το 1992 ξεκινήσαμε το εστιατόριο Φάρος. Από τότε δουλεύουμε ώστε να βελτιώνουμε τις δεξιότητες και τις γνώσεις μας όσον αφορά τη Μεσογειακή και Ελληνική κουζίνα μαζί με την καλύτερη δυνατόν εξυπηρέτηση.

Έπειτα, η πισίνα και το μπαρ έμοιαζαν να είναι απαραίτητα στους επισκέπτες μας, και το 1999 το Pool+Bar ολοκλήρωσε το σημερινό συγκρότημα Φάρος.

Σήμερα τα Στούντιο, Διαμερίσματα Φάρος και το Αλυκό δημιουργούν τον ιδανικό συνδυασμό για πραγματικά αξέχαστες διακοπές.

Αισθανόμαστε ευτυχισμένοι διότι έχουμε κάνει τα στούντιο και διαμερίσματα Φάρος ένα μοναδικό συγκρότημα που προσφέρει ευχάριστη διαμονή στους φιλοξενούμενους μας αλλά και σε μας ,καθώς το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται εδώ!

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. Take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.

Bookings
All Bookings at the Hotel are subject to these Terms. At the time of booking or at check-in, we will take your credit/debit card details and you authorize the use of this card for any sums that become owing to us. We shall also have the right to require full payment in advance or a deposit at the time of booking in certain circumstances or if the Booking includes the supply of certain items or services. No Booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit described in this paragraph have been provided.

Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in time is from 15:00pm. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Check-out time is 11:00pm. Late check-out, is subject to availability and charges may apply.

Guest Behavior
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Hotel’s procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.

Children
All children (a person under 16 years of age) staying at the Hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

-For any cancellation that takes place at least 31 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
-For any cancellation that takes place 30 to 21 days prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a 50% cancellation penalty fee or the deposit will not be refunded.
-For any cancellation that takes place 20 days or less prior to the arrival date of the guest, the total amount of the stay is charged.
-In case of non-show, there will be a full payment fee.
-In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 100% of the remaining stay.
