Faros restaurant opened its doors on March 25, 1992! Not an easy task for a family growing 2 teenagers and 2 young boys! However it was a dream and a great oportunity to offer what mama irini already cook for the six of us!
During all these years of hard working and love for the Greek cuisine, we are proud that Faros has become synonymous with family hospitality, fresh home made food and honest people!
The base is pure and delicious Naxian products to prepare our dishes starting with fresh vegetables and olive oil, from our own garden! Fresh goat and lamp meat from our neighbor's Manolis farm and fresh fish and octopus on the grill!!!
Plenty of local drinks and homemade sweets complete your Greek gastronomic experience!
Located right on the enge of the Cedar forest on the southwest side of the island.
