If a reservation is cancelled...
-21 days or earlier to the arrival date of the guest, the full deposit is refunded
-21 to 14 days prior to the arrival date of the guest, the deposit is not refunded
-14 to 7 days prior to the arrival date of the guest, 50% of the total amount of the stay is charged
-7 days or less prior to the arrival date or in case of non show of the guest, the total amount of the stay is charged
-In case of unscheduled departure, the entire amount of the remaining stay should be paid
